Planning Engineer (Wet Utilities)

Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed **project schedules and work programs** using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project). * Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. * Prepare **baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports**. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones. * Analyze project delays and recommend **corrective actions and mitigation plans**. * Prepare **weekly and monthly progress reports** for management and clients. * Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators. * Assist in **tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting**. * Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements. Key Skills: Experience in one or more of the following: * Water transmission pipelines * Sewerage networks * Pump stations * Water Treatment Plants (WTP) * Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) * Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants * RCC reservoirs and associated civil structures Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with MOHESR Equivalency.** * Minimum **5-7 years of experience** in construction planning and scheduling. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities.
