Quality Control Engineer

**The Role** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards, comply with regulations, and fulfill client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence from project inception to completion. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards for construction projects. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Review project specifications and documents to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and met. * Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments and non-conformance issues. * Train and supervise quality control technicians and other team members. * Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction quality control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven 3 yrs Min experience as a Quality Control Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in UAE or GCC region. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards. * Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and ISO standards. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. * Proficient in using quality control tools and software. * Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. **About the company** Sembol Inşaat Company, which is well-known in Turkey and abroad by its unique construction facilities and breath-taking projects, is a company, which left a mark in Turkey and abroad historically and conducted activities in different places of the world, erected significant creation of architectural art, carried out complex and challenging projects within allocated budget and time limits.
