Quantity Surveyor

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor **Location:** Ajman, UAE **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years in the precast concrete industry **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team in **Ajman**. The ideal candidate must have at least **2 years of experience in the precast concrete industry** and be capable of handling quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project cost control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. * Estimate project costs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities). * Monitor project budgets and control costs. * Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Assist in contract administration and variation claims. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams. * Prepare progress reports and payment applications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in the **precast concrete industry**. * Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract management. * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with quantity surveying software is an advantage. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Must be willing to work in **Ajman, UAE**.
