Sales Co-ordinator

* Act as the main contact for customers and the sales team * Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups * Assist sales reps and managers with quotes, proposals, and tenders * Create and maintain price lists, catalogs, and marketing materials * Track sales performance and share daily/ weekly/monthly reports * Maintain customer database, CRM, and sales records * Prepare invoices, credit notes, and ensure proper documentation * Follow up on pending payments with accounts and customers Work Location: In person
