Sales Manager

**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Quicklime Factory **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Department:** Sales & Marketing **Reporting to:** General Manager/Director **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead our sales efforts for quicklime products. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships in the UAE and Asian Market This role requires a deep understanding of the quicklime industry, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Sales Strategy Development:** Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for quicklime products. * **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * **Client Acquisition & Retention:** Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including cement plants, steel manufacturers, water treatment facilities, and other industrial users of quicklime. * **Team Leadership:** Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance management. * **Forecasting & Reporting:** Prepare sales forecasts, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management. * **Customer Service:** Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, managing expectations, and providing technical support where needed. * **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts and invoices. **Qualifications & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * **8-10 years** of sales experience in the **quicklime, cement, or industrial minerals** sector. * Proven track record of **achieving sales targets** and **growing market share**. * Strong knowledge of industrial applications for quicklime (e.g., construction, metallurgy, water treatment). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. * Competitive base salary (negotiable) with performance-based incentives. * Health insurance and other standard UAE benefits. * Professional development opportunities.
