Sales Trainer

Description Description Delivery of key trainings to program and non-program sales staff within Iraq. Work closely with key functions to identify training needs or improvements. Work closely with partner stakeholders to ensure partner training is delivered smoothly. Certified Trainers will deliver vendor-developed curriculum in classrooms, virtual sessions, customer sites, and in-store as per training execution plans. Publish partner training and progress reports. Ensure training compliance for all program partners. Responsible for ensuring the training kit is updated and maintained. Local content creation for new product introduction (NPI) seasons. Responsible for maintaining premium technology training standards in Iraq. Requirements Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5–7 years trainer experience Proven track record in delivering training Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills Experience in coaching Superb verbal and written communication Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques Knowledge of instructional design processes Experience interacting with and influencing all levels of management Strong ability to work independently Flexible schedule and adaptability to change Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
