Salesperson

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Baghdad. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective clients, present Sahateknik Bilişim Teknoloji ve Akıllı Bina Sistemleri A.Ş.’s technology and smart building solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, and creating tailored proposals aligned with customer needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM, following up on leads, collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasible solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, participate in local events or site visits as needed, and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, building automation, or smart building systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language. Ability to build and sustain client relationships, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and work toward defined sales targets. Solid understanding of the local market in Baghdad and willingness to conduct on-site client visits and project follow-ups. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal engineering, project, and support teams to deliver complete solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered. Professional proficiency in relevant languages (e.g., Arabic; English or Turkish is an advantage). have driving license Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused sales practices.
