Senior Accountant — F&B / Multi-Outlet Restaurant Group **M Legacy Management Services L.L.C – S.P.C | Abu Dhabi, UAE | Full-time, On-site** About Us M Legacy Management Services is an Abu Dhabi–based corporate services provider behind The Brunch Room by Morsel Cafe and Morsel Chocolates. Our group spans dine-in outlets, a central production kitchen (CPU) and retail chocolate — a fast-moving, multi-brand F&B environment where finance sits close to operations. The Role This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at the heart of a growing F&B group. You will own the daily sales-to-bank cycle, keep food and beverage costs under control, run a disciplined month-end close, and carry the group through external audit. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands restaurant operations — not just the ledger — and who is happiest when the numbers reconcile, the close lands on time, and the reporting tells operators something useful. An automation mindset (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) will set you apart. What You'll OwnDaily Sales & Revenue Control · Reconcile daily POS sales to cash, card settlements and delivery-aggregator payouts (Talabat, Deliveroo, Qlub and others). · Investigate and close out variances between POS, cashier declarations and bank deposits. · Verify that aggregator commissions, discounts, refunds and promotions are captured correctly. Food & Beverage Cost Control · Track cost of sales, food and beverage cost percentages, and margin by outlet. · Monitor inventory movements, outlet/CPU transfers, wastage and yield. · Support periodic stock counts and reconcile physical counts to system inventory. · Partner with operations and cost control to flag cost overruns and recipe or portion variances. Month-End Close & Reporting · Execute month-end close against a strict calendar. · Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, provisions and correction entries. · Ensure accurate coding by outlet and cost centre to support management reporting. · Produce management and financial reporting, including outlet-level P&Ls. Balance Sheet & Reconciliations (Audit-Ready) · Own key reconciliations with supporting schedules: bank and loans, AP/GRNI and supplier statements, advances and deposits, intercompany transfers (CPU and outlets), and fixed assets and depreciation. · Maintain a reconciliation pack that is complete, timely and review-ready at all times. Payables, Receivables & Compliance · Manage receivables and payables, enforcing PO/GRN discipline and approval workflows. · Prepare and file VAT returns and support Corporate Tax compliance in line with UAE FTA regulations. · Support external auditors with timely PBC schedules and drive queries through to closure. Requirements · 5–10 years of accounting experience, with multi-outlet restaurant or F&B experience strongly preferred. · Hands-on experience reconciling POS systems and delivery-aggregator settlements. · Strong food-cost, inventory and month-end close capability. · Solid working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. · Proficiency in accounting software (HYP ERP, Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally or Xero) and advanced Excel. · UAE experience, with high attention to detail balanced by speed and follow-through.
