Senior Accountant

Seeking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT with strong F & B background. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance * Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent) is an advantage. * Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry. UAE experience required. * Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and restaurant financial operations. * Experience handling multi-branch or multi-company accounting is highly preferred. * Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and statutory reporting requirements. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), ERP systems, and accounting software. * Experience with POS and inventory systems commonly used in the F&B industry Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation. * Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles. * Good planning and organisational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * High level of integrity and confidentiality. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
