Senior Accountant - Real Estate/ Hospitality

**Position - Senior Accountant ( Real Estate / Hospitality)** **Location - Abu Dhabi** **We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow,VAT, internal controls, and Real Estate revenue oversight for an** **administrative office. The role requires, accuracy, discretion, strong follow up,and the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially while providing clear financial information to management.** **Reporting to -Management / Head of Administration** **Key Responsibilities:** 1) Manage daily accounting,general ledger,accounts payable,accounts receivables,reconciliations, accural and month end closing. 2) Prepare monthly financial reports, budget vs actual analysis,forecast, cashflow summaries , and key financial updates for management. 3) Oversee Real Estate revenue,income tracking, expenses,receivables ,payables, commitments,and approved budgets for office operations and managed assets. 4) Support HR related financial reporting,including payroll cost tracking,staff budget monitoring,benefit provisions,and manpower cost analysis. 5) Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns with proper supporting documents. 6) Maintain organized financial records, approval documents, reconciliations and audit ready files. 7) Support ERP implementation, reporting set up, workflow improvements,and finance process automation. 8) Co-ordinate with internal teams, suppliers, banks,auditors, advisors, and property managers as required. 9) Guide juniors or administrative staff involved in staff documentation ,filing and follow up. **Must have requirements:** 1) 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. 2) Strong experience in financial reporting,budgeting, forecasting,cashflow, oversight,reconciliations and month end closing. 3) Practical UAE VAT preparation,and filing experience. 4) Advanced microsoft excel skills, including formulas,pivot tables, look ups, reconciliations, and reporting templates. 5) Hands on ERP experience. 6) Proactive and detail oriented with strong communication, follow up, ownership,confidentiality and co-ordination and supervision skills. 7) Experience in Real Estate revenue tracking, rental income, receivables, and related expense monitoring. 8) Experience suporting payroll cost tracking ,staff budgeting,or HR related financial reporting. **Preferred Requirements:** **1) Experience in Real Estate, hospitality, asset management, multi location operations , or group accounting environment.** **2) Experience with Microsoft dynamics 365 Business central.** **3) Experience with Power BI, dashboards or management reporting tools.** 4) Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA,CMA,CA or an equivalent certification. The candidate should be reliable, discreet, organized,and able to work independently in a lean office environment while maintaining accurate records,clear reporting,and proper financial controls.
