Senior Land Surveyor

**Job Vacancy: Senior Land Surveyor** **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Land Surveyor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of **5 years of professional surveying experience**, preferably in landscaping, construction, or civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and supervising surveying activities, ensuring accuracy of site measurements, and supporting project execution in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and supervise all land surveying activities, including topographic, boundary, construction, and as-built surveys. * Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and site coordinates. * Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and Auto Levels. * Prepare survey reports, calculations, maps, drawings, and related documentation. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure survey requirements are met. * Verify the accuracy of survey data and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings. * Monitor construction activities and provide layout and setting-out services. * Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Ensure all surveying works are carried out safely and efficiently. * Train and guide junior surveyors and survey assistants as required. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Land Surveyor, with at least **2 years in a senior role**. * Proficiency in surveying instruments and survey software. * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and related surveying applications. * Experience in landscaping, roadworks, utilities, or construction projects is preferred. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple surveying activities. **What We Offer** Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview).
