Sr. Planning Engineer

**Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **12+ years of experience** in planning and scheduling for large-scale civil/infrastructure construction projects. * Minimum **5 years of GCC experience** required. * Strong experience in **Primavera P6 project planning and schedule control**. * Proven experience working with **EPC / contracting companies** (consultancy experience will not be considered). * Experience in preparing and monitoring: * Baseline schedules * Progress updates * Recovery schedules * Look-ahead schedules * Delay analysis reports * EOT support documentation * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project sequencing, and resource planning. * Experience coordinating with Project Managers, Site Teams, Engineering, Procurement, and Subcontractors. * Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction claims/EOT processes is preferred. * Ability to analyze project performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions. * **Nationality:** Preferably Arab candidates.
