Senior Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

**Location:** Abu dhabi, UAE **Industry:** Oil & Gas | Construction | Engineering **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** CAPSA Engineering & Contracting LLC SPC is seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)** to lead the successful execution of large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing E&I construction projects, with a strong background in **Oil & Gas, Construction, and mandatory ADNOC projects**. **Key Responsibilities** · Lead the execution of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction projects from initiation to completion. · Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. · Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. · Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications. · Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required. · Review engineering deliverables, procurement schedules, and construction plans. · Manage project risks, commercial aspects, and contractual obligations. · Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients. · Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout project execution. · Support commissioning, testing, handover, and project close-out activities. · Mentor project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives. **Qualifications** · Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. · PMP Certification is an added advantage. **Experience** · **14–16 years** of relevant experience. · Mandatory experience in **Oil & Gas** projects. · Mandatory experience in **Construction** projects. · Mandatory experience working on **ADNOC** projects. · Proven experience managing Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction projects. · Strong leadership and project delivery experience. **Required Skills** · Leadership & Team Management · Project Planning & Scheduling · Cost Control & Budget Management · Contract Administration · Construction Management · Risk Management · Procurement Coordination · Commissioning & Start-up Support · Quality Management · HSE Compliance · Stakeholder Management Work Location: In person
