Combining German precision with nearshore agility, we provide secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT solutions tailored to your business needs**.** Now we are looking for a Senior Python / AI Lead for our client. **Key Responsibilities** * Own backend architecture across Django 6 / DRF and FastAPI / SQLAlchemy-async services. * Design and harden LLM features: agent loops, RAG with pgvector and Qdrant, embeddings, prompt-injection defenses. * Close security gaps: secrets encryption, CORS/host policies, key rotation. * Take products through production validation: SSO against real IdPs, load testing, backup and disaster-recovery runbooks. Mentor Python developers and review all significant designs. **Qualifications** * 8+ years professional Python with production ownership. * Deep experience in both Django/DRF and FastAPI (async SQLAlchemy, Alembic). * Advanced PostgreSQL (indexing, full-text search; pgvector or PostGIS a strong plus). * Shipped LLM-powered features (Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, RAG, agent patterns). Redis plus background-worker stacks (Celery, Huey, or ARQ); security-first mindset. **Nice to have** * WhatsApp Business API (Infobip / 360dialog); voice transcription (Whisper). * Arabic search and NLP. **Why Work With Us:** We work as a self-driven team without complex management structures.
