Senior Real Estate Development Manager

**Job Summary** Bestari Property Development & Management W.L.L. is seeking an accomplished Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead property-development projects from initial feasibility and acquisition through design, construction, commercialization, and final handover. The successful candidate will manage development strategy, project budgets, consultants, contractors, approvals, and investment performance while ensuring that residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead real estate development projects from concept and feasibility through completion * Identify and evaluate land, property, and investment opportunities * Prepare feasibility studies, development appraisals, financial models, and business cases * Manage project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, schedules, risks, and profitability targets * Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, legal advisers, and government authorities * Oversee planning, design development, tendering, construction, testing, and project handover * Secure required permits, approvals, licences, and regulatory clearances * Monitor construction progress, quality standards, costs, variations, and contractor performance * Collaborate with leasing, sales, marketing, finance, and property-management teams * Prepare executive reports and recommendations for senior management and investors **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field * Extensive experience in property development, real estate investment, or construction project management * Proven experience managing residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments * Strong knowledge of development feasibility, financial modelling, budgeting, and investment analysis * Experience managing consultants, contractors, tenders, contracts, and project approvals * Familiarity with Qatar’s planning, construction, property, and regulatory environment * Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills * Proficiency in project-management and real estate financial-analysis tools * PMP, RICS, MRICS, or another relevant professional qualification is advantageous **Why Work With Us** * Competitive senior-management salary * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Performance-based incentives * Leadership responsibility for high-value property developments * Professional development and career-advancement opportunities * Dynamic and multicultural working environment **About the Company** Bestari Property Development & Management W.L.L. provides real estate development, investment planning, construction coordination, leasing, asset management, and property-management services in Qatar.
