As Software Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate software development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to meet project goals. **Work Location:** **Cairo, Egypt.** ------------------------------------ **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Facilitate regular project meetings, including requirements gathering sessions, UAT * sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. * Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. * Manage changes to project scope and schedule, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables. * Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** ------------------------------------- **We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; GUC, AUC, or BUE graduates are preferred. * Proven experience from 2 to 5 years as a software project manager or project coordinator. * Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. * Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.). * Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
