Store Keeper (Parts Department)

Qualifications:• Knowledge and experience in the automotive parts business• Understanding of inventory control systems, parts storage, physical distribution, and parts retail techniques• Customer satisfaction focusedGoals:• Implementing 7 Store techniques• Enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of parts availability• Providing strong support to the Service Department by improving supply timeOrganization• Organizing the Parts Department to maximize the efficiency of parts and service staff• Introducing and maintaining parts storage according to Kia storage standards• Maintaining 4S conditions in the Parts DepartmentMain Tasks:• Working as a full member of the center team• Complying with Kia processes and standards• Conducting stock checks in line with company procedures• Ensuring regular stock-check routines are followed• Ensuring company HR policies are followed correctly• Ensuring Parts Department SOPs are followed correctlyInventory Management• Conducting inventory management through receiving and stocking partsWarehouse Operation• Handling all special orders and purchase orders for the assigned branch• Conducting cycle counts, receiving purchase orders, and assigning bin locations to inventoryParts Inventory• Re-arranging and reorganizing the parts room to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of parts inventoryAuthority and Organizational Position• Responsible for the entire parts storage• Reporting to the Parts ManagerParts Operation• Managing inventory terminal operations and personal development needs• Handling daily parts operations and restructuring the Parts Department when requiredLocation: Applicants should be located near Al-Yousifiya.Please send your CV exclusively to:[email protected]#JobVacancy #StoreKeeper #PartsDepartment #KiaIraq #AutomotiveJobs #WarehouseJobs #InventoryManagement #AlYousifiya
