Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to perform land and construction surveys, establish project control points, and ensure accurate measurements for construction activities. The Surveyor will work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using surveying equipment. * Set out project locations, levels, and reference points as per approved drawings. * Verify site measurements before and during construction activities. * Prepare survey reports, calculations, sketches, and as-built drawings. * Operate and maintain Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments. * Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to resolve surveying issues. * Ensure survey accuracy and maintain proper survey records. * Perform quantity and measurement verification when required. * Monitor structural alignment, elevations, and positioning throughout the project. * Comply with company HSE policies and UAE construction standards. **Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE construction experience** as a Surveyor. * Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layouts. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. **Skills** * Land and construction surveying * Total Station & GPS operation * AutoCAD and MS Office * Measurement and calculations * Problem-solving and attention to detail * Time management * Teamwork and coordination **Salary & Benefits** * Salary: As per company standards (based on experience) * Accommodation: Provided * Transportation: Provided * Medical Insurance: Provided * Annual Leave: As per UAE Labour Law Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * UAE: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
