Tele Sales Officer

About the Role RT Bank is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join its Customer Contact Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the bank's products and services through outbound calls, generating sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers based on approved sales campaigns and lead lists. Promote and explain the bank's products and services accurately and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities and achieve conversion targets. Follow up on prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle. Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes accurately in the bank's systems. Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to support customer requests and sales activities. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally using effective sales techniques. Meet individual sales, productivity, and performance targets. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and customer data protection requirements. Contribute to sales campaigns and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer experience during all interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience 1-2 years of experience in sales. Previous banking or financial services experience is an advantage. Required Skills Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
