Telephone Sales Representative

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Telephone Sales Executives** to join our energetic sales team. **Job Description** As a **Telephone Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services/products, and converting leads into successful sales. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term relationships with clients over the phone. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell company services/products * Fajr Alsabah Information Technologies will also provide leads to follow and close. * Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets * Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers * Update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and interactions * Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine pitches and strategies * Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale **Requirements:** * Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center sales (minimum 1 year preferred) * Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English * Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills * Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills **What We Offer:** * Totally on commissions basis * Ongoing training and professional development * Friendly, supportive, and fast-paced work environment * Opportunity for career growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month Location: * Remote (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
