**Job Title:** Tender & Estimation Engineer (Infrastructure & Landscape Projects) **Company:** El Patio Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** El Patio Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is looking for an experienced **Tender & Estimation Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Infrastructure and Landscape Projects**. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, conducting quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and submitting competitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements for infrastructure and landscape projects. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing for roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works. * Analyze project scope and identify commercial and technical risks. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender submissions within specified deadlines. * Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing. * Perform value engineering and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. * Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess project requirements. * Maintain an updated database of material costs, labor rates, equipment costs, and subcontractor pricing. * Prepare tender clarifications, post-tender negotiations, and contract documentation. * Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and company procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in tendering and estimation for **Infrastructure and Landscape Projects** in the UAE. * Strong experience in estimating **roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and external works**. * Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender documentation. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and contract documentation. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office**, and estimation software. * Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with government and private sector infrastructure and landscape tenders in the UAE. * Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package. * Visa sponsorship and medical insurance. * Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law. * Opportunity to work on prestigious infrastructure and landscape projects in the UAE. **How to Apply** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV to **[email protected]** or via **WhatsApp: +971 50 145 1330**. **Important:** Please mention **"Tender & Estimation Engineer"** in the subject line of your email or in your WhatsApp message to ensure your application is processed correctly.
