Tendering & Sales Specialist

Salary: USD 2,000-2,500NRCO is looking for an experienced Tendering & Sales Specialist to join its Sales & Commercial team in Erbil, Iraq.Application Deadline: 2 August 2026Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full tendering lifecycle, from RFQs, ITTs, RFIs, and customer inquiries through quotation submission and post-tender follow-up.Review customer specifications, commercial requirements, and scopes of work.Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Management teams to prepare competitive proposals.Prepare technically compliant and commercially competitive quotations.Evaluate payment terms and assess commercial and financial risks.Complete vendor registrations, commercial questionnaires, quality documents, and HSE compliance forms.Maintain accurate tender documentation, bid records, and customer correspondence.Utilize ERP systems for quotation management, costing, reporting, and opportunity tracking.Respond to customer clarification requests and support continuous improvement of tendering processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Tendering, Proposal Management, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations.Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of RFQs, ITTs, commercial bidding, pricing, and tendering procedures.Good understanding of Incoterms, commercial risk assessment, and international logistics.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Epicor, or equivalent.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and customer service skills.Havanced promeency i mcroson excel ana vvoru.Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and customer service skills.How to ApplySend your CV to [email protected] with the subject line:Tendering & Sales Specialist - ErbilOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
