Training Officer - Beauty

JOB PURPOSE The Training Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and coordinating training programs, and ensuring the effective development of employees’ skills and competencies. The role aims to enhance employee performance, support career development, and align training initiatives with the organization’s goals and policies. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver engaging and professional training sessions for retail staff, brand ambassadors, and partners across multiple brands. Ability to translate technical product information into simple, engaging training Ensure brand guidelines, product knowledge, and selling techniques are clearly communicated and adopted. Conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness and provide feedback. Support marketing and sales teams during in-store activations, launches, and promotional events. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, international brand launches, and competitor activities. Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals customized for each brand. Foster a culture of learning and professional development among retail staff. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Proven experience as a Beauty Trainer, preferably in a distributor or retail environment handling international brands. Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and other beauty categories. Confident, energetic, and engaging personality. With ability to inspire, motivate, and train diverse teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to travel across stores and regions for training sessions. Fluent in [English / Arabic], both spoken and written. Cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are highly desirable. Good Microsoft Office/PowerPoint/Excel skills
