Warehouses Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is critical to supporting our real estate operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials, equipment, and supplies. Requirements Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used in real estate projects Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and audits Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of items Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and accuracy Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish supplies as needed Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to minimize discrepancies Prepare and submit inventory reports to management Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites Schedule and oversee the loading and unloading of goods Manage relationships with suppliers and transportation providers Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce costs Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry Proven experience in supervising a team Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) Key Competencies: Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with a positive attitude Diversity, Equity and Inclusion skills: Adapts communication and behavior to be inclusive and respectful of diverse groups Ensures fairness and equity in decision-making processes, such as resource allocation, promotions, and project assignments Recognizes personal and organizational biases and takes steps to mitigate them Uses inclusive language that respects and acknowledges diverse identities and e
