Accountant

**WE'RE HIRINGAccountant** **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Join Brand Waves Advertising LLC** Brand Waves Advertising LLC is a leading signage, branding, and visual communication company in the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. * Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers. * Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. * Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. * Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments. * Monitor project costs and prepare profitability reports. * Reconcile supplier and customer statements. * Maintain fixed asset and inventory records. * Prepare monthly financial reports and management MIS reports. * Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with company policies. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. * Minimum **3–5 years of accounting experience** in the UAE. * Experience in the **signage, construction, manufacturing, or advertising industry** will be an advantage. * Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP, or similar). * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an added advantage). **Preferred Skills** * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of project costing and inventory management. * Team player with a proactive attitude. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional working environment. * Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across the UAE. **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Apply by sending your CV to:** **[email protected]** **Contact:** +971 54 740 0889 Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
