Accountant

Candidate must be an expert in managing accountins, bookkeeping, financial Transactions, accurate journaling, handling and proper follow-up of accounts payable and receivable, financial reconciliations, VAT filing, generating financial report, analyzing and monitoring financial reports, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements. * Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. * Manage supplier and customer accounts * Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist with audits, VAT submissions, and compliance with UAE accounting standards. * Maintain the confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper record-keeping. * Manage all accounting transactions * Prepare budget forecasts * Publish financial statements on time * Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings * Reconcile accounts payable and receivable * Compute taxes and prepare tax returns * Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements * Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity * Audit financial transactions and documents * Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary * Comply with financial policies and regulations **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, * Strong knowledge of accounting software * Excellent analytical and organizational skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
