CostX Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **CostX Professional** to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level quantity surveying professional who is passionate about cost estimation, measurement, and delivering accurate project cost information. Key Responsibilities * Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using CostX. * Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation. * Assist with tender preparation, bid evaluation, and cost planning. * Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. * Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company procedures. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost estimation. * Strong proficiency in **CostX** software. * Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation. * Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. * Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of local construction standards and regulations. * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other estimating software is an advantage.
