Accountant

**About Us** Gilani Mobility Trading Co. LLC is one of the UAE's leading mobility solutions providers, specializing in wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility equipment, vehicle modifications, and accessibility solutions. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing Finance Team. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant with UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, banking, VAT, Corporate Tax compliance, and cash flow monitoring. The ideal candidate must be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently while supporting management with accurate financial information. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting transactions using Xero. * Maintain accurate General Ledger and accounting records. * Prepare journal entries and month-end closing. * Perform daily bank reconciliations. * Monitor company cash flow and prepare cash flow reports. * Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on customer collections. * Manage Accounts Payable and prepare supplier payment schedules. * Reconcile customer and supplier accounts. * Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. * Prepare management reports and financial analysis. * Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. * Prepare VAT schedules and supporting documents for filing. * Assist in Corporate Tax compliance and maintain required documentation. * Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants. * Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation schedules. * Monitor inventory valuation and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). * Support payroll accounting and WPS journal entries. * Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. * Prepare financial documents required for banks, financing facilities, and audits. * Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2years **of accounting experience in the UAE**. * Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT and Corporate Tax**. * Experience using **Xero Accounting Software** (preferred). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Strong communication skills in English. * Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** * Financial Reporting * Cash Flow Management * Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable * Bank Reconciliation * Budgeting & Forecasting * Inventory Accounting * VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance * Audit Preparation * Financial Analysis * Attention to Detail **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional and collaborative working environment. * Opportunity to contribute to one of the UAE's leading mobility companies. * *If you have strong UAE accounting experience and are looking to grow with a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.* Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
