Civil Site Engineer

**URGENT HIRING** We are looking for a skilled Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities related to excavation, soil disposal, and road base preparation. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge, experience in civil site works, and the ability to supervise teams and ensure quality standards and safety compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise excavation works and classify soil types (hard soil, soft soil, etc.). * Monitor soil disposal and ensure proper levelling and compaction. * Oversee road base preparation, including sub grade, sub-base, and base course layers. * Coordinate with surveyors for site levels and alignment. * Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications. * Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage logs. * Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage. * Coordinate with the project manager and subcontractors for smooth progress. * Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards. **Requirements:** Diploma in Civil Engineering or 5 Years Experience At UAE. Minimum 1 year of site experience in excavation, roadwork, or infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of soil classification, compaction testing, and road base materials.
