**Accountant – Limousine Company** We are currently looking for an **experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant** to join our team and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities * Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system * Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices * Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments * Manage accounts payable and process supplier and vendor payments * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank and cash records * Maintain petty cash records and monitor company expenses * Record and reconcile operational expenses related to vehicles, drivers, fuel, Salik, maintenance, insurance, fines, and other business costs * Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and other management reports * Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial forecasting * Prepare and maintain VAT records and support timely VAT return filing in compliance with UAE regulations * Maintain proper financial documentation, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting records * Reconcile customer, supplier, and vendor accounts * Assist with payroll calculations and salary-related financial records when required * Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of receivables * Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, suppliers, and external accounting or tax consultants when required * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE accounting and tax regulations * Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting or payment-related issues promptly * Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related tasks as required **Requirements** * Minimum **2–3 years of relevant accounting experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field * Previous accounting experience in the UAE is highly preferred * Experience in a limousine, transportation, car rental, fleet, logistics, hospitality, or similar service-based company is an advantage * Good understanding of UAE VAT and general accounting principles * Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax requirements is an advantage * Strong experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software * Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting systems is an advantage * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and time-management skills * Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities * Good written and verbal communication skills in English * Reliable, responsible, and proactive working attitude **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for an accurate, trustworthy, organized, and proactive Accountant who can take responsibility for the company’s daily financial operations.
