Accountant/Customer Service

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an *Accountant cum Customer Relations* . This hybrid role combines core accounting responsibilities with client interaction, ensuring both accurate financial management and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a client-focused mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** **Accounting Duties:** * Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. * Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE financial regulations. **Customer Relations Duties:** * Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding billing, account status, and general inquiries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain records of customer communications and transactions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience in accounting and/or client service roles. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. **Preferred Skills:** * Fluency in English; Arabic, Tagalog or other languages is a plus. * Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage. * Knowledge of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations.
