Arabic Accountant

**Job Title:** Arabic Accountant **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Experience Required:** 2–3 Years **Industry:** Trading / Commodities (Preferred) **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Arabic Accountant** to manage accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements. * Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare monthly closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting. * Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records. * Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending balances. * Assist in preparation of VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. * Perform reconciliation of supplier, customer, and bank accounts. * Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. * Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial and accounting matters. * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **2–3 years of experience as an Accountant in UAE or GCC.** * Fluency in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken) is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations. * Experience with accounting software/ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in trading, commodities, gold, or financial services industry is an advantage. * Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements. * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. * High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
