Architect

**Key Responsibilities** * Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and vision * Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans * Create drawings and models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp * Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals * Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines * Oversee construction progress and resolve design issues on-site * Incorporate sustainability and environmental considerations into designs **Required Skills** * Strong design and creative thinking abilities * Proficiency in architectural design software * Knowledge of construction methods and materials * Excellent communication and project management skills * Problem-solving and attention to detail * Understanding of zoning laws and building regulations **Work Environment** * Office-based design work combined with site visits * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * May involve long hours to meet project deadlines .
