Architectural Draftsman 2D

Requirements : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, lumion rendering, 3ds Max, and other relevant drafting software to create 3D design. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years UAE experience and must be available in UAE for face to face interview. Swimming pool and landscape experience will be an added advantage. Resposibilities: * Prepare **2D drawings** using AutoCAD based on design concepts, sketches, and project requirements. * Review and interpret **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** to ensure coordination across disciplines. * Develop **as-built drawings** and update existing CAD files as required. * Ensure all drawings comply with **company standards, codes, and regulations**. * Assist engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors in reviewing design accuracy and material take-offs. * Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control according to project documentation procedures. * Conduct **site visits or measurements** when necessary to verify existing conditions or gather data. * Support project teams in preparing **shop drawings, layouts, and detailing** for construction purposes. * Collaborate closely with **design and project teams** to meet deadlines and maintain drawing quality.
