The successful candidate will support the Service Advisor in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth and efficient service operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout the service process. Support customer appointments, inquiries, and service requests. Prepare and update repair orders and service documentation. Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections, repairs, and service progress. Keep customers informed about vehicle status and service updates. Assist with service estimates and customer approvals. Follow up on pending repairs, parts, and customer requests. Ensure accurate customer and vehicle information in the relevant systems. Support vehicle handover and ensure completed work meets JLR standards. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, JLR standards, and health and safety requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in automotive aftersales or customer service is an advantage. Basic knowledge of automotive servicing and terminology. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good command of English and Arabic. Good computer skills and ability to use service management systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
