AutoCAD Draughtsman - 3D

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled **MEP 3D Draftsman** with UAE experience to prepare accurate 3D models and detailed shop drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial, residential, and high-rise building projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and modify 3D MEP models using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. * Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings. * Perform MEP clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and other disciplines. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and industry standards. * Support engineers and project teams with technical drafting and documentation. * Update drawings based on site changes and consultant comments. * Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to resolve design issues. * Maintain drawing registers and project documentation. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **3–5 years of UAE experience** as an MEP Draftsman. * Proficiency in **Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination**. * Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and high-rise building projects. * Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems. * Knowledge of UAE standards and authority requirements is preferred. * Good communication and coordination skills.
