BIM Coordinator / Bim Modeler

**BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeler– Civil Works** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate BIM models across multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. * Review, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. * Perform clash detection and coordinate design resolutions using BIM software. * Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, procedures, and client requirements. * Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and coordination issues. * Prepare BIM reports and support project documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * **2–5 years of experience** as a BIM Coordinator in Civil Works. * **UAE experience is mandatory.** * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software. * Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, construction drawings, and clash detection. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
