BIM Coordinator / Manager

We are seeking an experienced **BIM Manager** to lead and oversee Building Information Modeling processes across all design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure BIM standards are implemented, maintained, and optimized, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, high‑quality digital project models. **Key Responsibilities** * **BIM Strategy & Implementation** — Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across all projects. * **Model Management** — Oversee creation, coordination, and quality control of BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP. * **Team Leadership** — Train, mentor, and support BIM Coordinators, BIM Technicians, and project teams. * **Coordination & Clash Detection** — Manage clash detection processes, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and resolve design conflicts. * **Software & Technology Oversight** — Lead implementation of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.) and ensure teams are fully supported. * **Project Collaboration** — Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements. * **Documentation & Standards** — Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP), model audits, and compliance reports. * **Quality Assurance** — Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards. * **Innovation & Process Improvement** — Identify opportunities to enhance BIM workflows, automation, and digital transformation.
