BIM MEP Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC) with architectural and structural disciplines. * Develop, review, and manage BIM models as per project requirements and standards. * Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software. * Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications. * Prepare coordination drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentation. * Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design conflicts. * Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation. * Support BIM implementation and improve coordination processes. * Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline. * Minimum **5+ years of experience as a BIM MEP Coordinator / BIM MEP Modeler**. * Strong knowledge of **Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows**. * Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM documentation. * Knowledge of LOD requirements and BIM standards. * Experience working on MEP projects within the UAE is preferred. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * **Immediate joiners** will be given priority.
