Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience. **Job Description** * Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination. * Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts. * Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction. * Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project. * Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details. * Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural * Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination. * Coordinates with the Architect ( architectural model input ) in preparation of design drawings and details for construction. * Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models * Able to use engineering sizing tools for pipes , ducts , cables , etc * Making Site visit for the measurement of the Area, for as-built purposes. * Extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components such as Pipes , cable trays , cables , ducts , valves , duct accessories **Qualifications** * Diploma in on of engineering field ( mechanical preferred ) **Additional Information** * Ability to work using modeling software’s such as ( Revit , AutoCAD , Plant 3D ) * Ability to use clash detection software’s such as Navisworks * Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field * Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses * Ability to use Microsoft office applications *Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.*
