Brand Operations Manager – LaBelle Café **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time About the Role LaBelle Café is looking for an experienced **Brand Operations Manager** to lead and oversee the operations of **5 café branches across the UAE**. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, leading new branch openings, and managing a team of approximately **50 employees**. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in multi-branch café or restaurant operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of all LaBelle Café branches. * Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 50 employees. * Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational excellence. * Monitor sales, labour costs, and operational performance to achieve business targets. * Maintain consistent brand standards across all locations. * Plan and manage new café openings from pre-opening to launch. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for new projects. * Work closely with the Marketing team to support promotions, social media campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives. * Analyse operational reports and implement improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and UAE regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **10 years** of experience in Food & Beverage or café operations. * At least **5 years** in a multi-branch management role. * Proven experience managing several outlets and large operational teams. * Experience in opening new café or restaurant branches. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent financial and operational management skills. * Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). * Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with café or premium retail brands. * Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer experience. * Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage.
