Job Title: Interior Site SupervisorLocation Al Ain, UAE Employment Type Full-Time Salary Competitive (Based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Interior Site Supervisor** to oversee interior fit-out projects in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior finishing works, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Plan and monitor site progress to meet project deadlines. * Manage site manpower, material deliveries, and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. * Coordinate inspections, snagging, and project handover activities. * Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing standards. Requirements * Minimum **3-5 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out projects. * Valid **UAE Driving License** (Mandatory). * Must hold a valid **Own Visa** (Freelance/Spouse/Golden Visa preferred). * Willing to **relocate and mobilize to Al Ain immediately**. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP coordination, and related works. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. Preferred Qualifications * Own vehicle is an added advantage. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
