We are looking for an **Interface Engineer** to join our **Rail & Metro** team in the **UAE**, where you'll play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces and ensuring the seamless integration of railway systems across landmark infrastructure projects. If you're passionate about engineering coordination, thrive in multidisciplinary environments, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the coordination of technical interfaces between Civil, Track, Signaling, Telecommunications, Power, MEP, Architecture, and other railway disciplines across all project phases. * Develop, maintain, and manage the Interface Register, ensuring timely identification, tracking, and resolution of interface issues. * Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and interface meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. * Identify interface risks, design conflicts, and dependencies, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. * Review engineering deliverables to ensure interface requirements are properly identified, coordinated, and incorporated into the design. * Prepare interface reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and technical documentation. * Support design coordination during construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Ensure compliance with client requirements, international railway standards, and Sener quality procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * **6–8 years** of overall engineering experience. * **6–8 years of mandatory Rail & Metro experience in Interface Engineering and multidisciplinary design coordination.** * Proven experience managing technical interfaces on Rail & Metro infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of multidisciplinary railway systems, interface management, and design coordination processes. * Experience developing and managing Interface Registers and resolving interface issues. * Knowledge of international railway standards and systems integration. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit/Navisworks is an advantage. * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent in English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with international engineering consultancies. * Familiarity with GCC railway standards and project requirements. * Experience supporting construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection processes. **Why Join Sener?** * Multinational working environment * High-impact, large-scale Rail & Metro projects * End-to-end project ownership * Career development and growth opportunities * Mentorship and continuous learning * Hybrid working environment * Competitive salary and benefits * Stable, long-term career with an innovative company * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Opportunity to make a real impact **BE PART OF A MISSION THAT MATTER — JOIN SENER** If you are passionate, values meaningful work, and want to be part of a company that builds things that matter.
