Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain integrated schedules for brownfield modifications, upgrades, tie-ins and shutdown activities. * Prepare WBS, Level 1–4 baseline schedules, detailed work programmes, milestones and resource plans using Primavera P6. * Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover activities. * Review contracts, project scope, drawings, specifications, work packs and contractual milestones. * Plan site surveys, constructability reviews, isolations, permits, SIMOPS, tie-ins and plant shutdown windows. * Coordinate with clients, operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, construction, HSE and commissioning teams. * Attend client, progress, technical, shutdown, risk and site coordination meetings. * Conduct planning meetings with discipline engineers, site teams, subcontractors and vendors. * Monitor engineering deliverables, design changes, technical queries, approvals and IFC drawing releases. * Track procurement, vendor documents, long-lead materials, inspections, expediting and site deliveries. * Monitor fabrication, installation, piping modifications, equipment replacement, E&I works and reinstatement activities. * Prepare shutdown, turnaround, tie-in, hook-up and daily execution schedules. * Develop short-term look-ahead programmes and detailed hourly or shift-based shutdown plans. * Monitor actual progress against baseline schedules, approved budgets and project milestones. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-curves, dashboards, manpower histograms and productivity reports. * Perform critical-path, float, schedule variance, resource and delay analysis. * Establish progress-measurement systems, activity weightages, KPIs and earned-value reporting. * Monitor planned value, earned value, actual cost, CPI, SPI, EAC and forecast completion. * Identify access restrictions, permit delays, operational interfaces, material shortages and SIMOPS risks. * Prepare mitigation, recovery, acceleration and catch-up schedules for delayed activities. * Maintain delay registers, constraint logs, risk registers, change registers and action trackers. * Evaluate change orders, variations and their impact on cost, resources and schedule. * Support delay analysis, extension-of-time claims, impact assessments and contractual correspondence. * Review subcontractor schedules, manpower mobilisation, productivity, invoices and recovery plans. * Coordinate system completion, mechanical completion, testing, reinstatement, start-up and final handover. * Maintain accurate progress evidence, schedule narratives, cost reports and historical planning records. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum 5–8 years of planning and controls experience, including brownfield project exposure. * Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, advanced Excel and reporting tools. * Good understanding of live-plant conditions, PTW, SIMOPS, isolations, LOTO and shutdown planning. * Experience with piping, mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation modifications. * Knowledge of earned-value management, cost control, forecasting, delay analysis and change management. * Familiarity with Power BI, ERP and project-controls systems is an advantage. * Strong client interaction, coordination, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
