Involved products: CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CBS (Charging System).Main responsibilities:Participate in maintenance routine tasks like Device Health Check, Information Collection, Network Risk Management etc.Analyze and locate problems in the live network, restore customer network services in a timely manner, and ensure customer network security.Communicate with the customer about system/product issues and answer customer technical questions.[Skill Requirements]Knowledge of IT are required, working as IT engineer position is preferred.Knowledge of ORACLE/Huawei GaussDB/other SQL are required.Knowledge of SUSE Linux are required.Knowledge of IT Servers are required.Knowledge of commission, integration, and maintenance procedure is required.English as a working language is requiredCloud Computing certification (HCIP/HCIA) is preferred.If you or anyone whom you know have above skills and experiences share CV to @[email protected]
