This role focuses on transforming complex payment and operational data into meaningful business insights. We are looking for someone who understands data, knows where to find it, how to combine it from multiple systems, validate its accuracy, and present it in a way that supports business and operational decisions.The role will also evolve into data analytics, customer segmentation, and data warehouse initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Gather reporting requirements from business and technical teams.- Understand payment transaction flows and identify the required data sources.- Extract data from multiple databases and systems.- Design efficient SQL queries and optimize data retrieval.- Clean, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Develop operational, financial, compliance, and management reports.- Build automated reporting processes and dashboards.- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and transaction patterns.- Support data warehouse design and data modeling initiatives.Requirements- 1+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, data analysis, or a similar role.- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.- Experience extracting and combining data from multiple databases and systems.Strong understanding of data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.- Ability to translate business questions into meaningful datasets and reports.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines is an advantage.- Knowledge of payment systems, banking, fintech, or digital financial services is highly preferred.Apply herehttps://lnkd.in/dECdJSnp
