Job Title: Capital Devices Service & Applications Team Department: Medical Imaging Location: Iraq – Multiple Locations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose The Imaging Systems Service & Applications Team will support the implementation, operation, and technical performance of United Imaging Healthcare (UIH) medical imaging systems across Iraq. The team will cover technical service, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, clinical applications, and user support across different imaging modalities. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot medical imaging systems. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance and technical support. Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate with relevant technical resources to ensure timely resolution. Support customers during system installation, commissioning, and operational phases. Provide technical guidance and training to customers and end users where required. For Application roles: support clinical workflows, system applications, user training, and optimization of system utilization. Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and customer documentation. Coordinate closely with Sales, Applications, and other internal teams to ensure high-quality customer support. Travel to customer sites across Iraq as required. For senior/management roles: supervise technical teams, allocate resources, manage service operations, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Relevant experience in medical equipment, diagnostic imaging, healthcare technology, or technical service. Experience with CT, MRI, X-Ray or other medical imaging systems is highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. For Application roles, experience in clinical applications, user training, or modality-specific workflows is highly desirable. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel within Iraq. For managerial positions, previous experience leading technical/service/application teams is preferred.
