Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Source and engage top talent using online platforms, job fairs, referrals, and internal databases. Drive employer branding efforts to position Tire Mall as an employer of choice in Iraq. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for key roles. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring performance. Support onboarding initiatives to ensure successful new hire integration. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English , both written and spoken. Familiarity with Iraqi labor laws and talent market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms or ATS tools. Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and speed. Why Join Tire Mall?
