Role Description The Marketing Specialist role at ITACA Iraq is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad. The person in this role will support the promotion of Itaca Ceramics products by conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and coordinating local campaigns and promotions. Daily tasks include preparing marketing materials, collaborating with sales teams to drive product awareness, managing customer inquiries, and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers. The Marketing Specialist will also analyze market trends and feedback, report on campaign performance, and help ensure that brand messaging is consistent across all channels. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, partners, and internal teams effectively. Demonstrated ability in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to assess market needs and plan targeted campaigns. Experience in Sales and related activities to support revenue growth and product positioning. Proficiency with basic digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Ability to work on-site in Baghdad and collaborate within a cross-functional team. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in building materials, ceramics, or interior design sectors is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
