Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** with extensive experience in the **construction and contracting industry in the UAE**. The CFO will lead the company's financial strategy, planning, compliance, risk management, and operational finance while supporting sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project accounting, construction contracts, cash flow management, banking relationships, and UAE financial regulations. **Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Executive Leadership **Department:** Finance & Administration **Reports To:** Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors **What You'll Lead** ✔ Financial Strategy & Corporate Planning ✔ Treasury, Banking, Project Financing & Cash Flow Management ✔ Project Finance, Cost Control & Profitability ✔ Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting ✔ Corporate Governance, Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance ✔ Banking Facilities, Working Capital & Investor Relations ✔ Business Performance Analysis & Executive Decision Support ✔ Finance Team Leadership & Organizational Development ✔ Liaising with **DLD, RERA (where applicable), government authorities, regulatory bodies, banks, auditors, developers, consultants, and key project stakeholders** to manage financial documentation, regulatory submissions, project registrations, escrow-related requirements, statutory approvals, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Qualifications:** * **Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory** * 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles within the **UAE/GCC construction and contracting sector** * Proven expertise in project accounting, treasury, banking relationships, financial planning, cash flow management, and construction contract administration * Strong understanding of **IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, FIDIC contracts, and ERP systems** * Experience working with **developers, consultants, government authorities including DLD and RERA, banks, auditors, and other key project stakeholders** * Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing finance teams while partnering with executive management to drive business growth and operational excellence.
